The central team works out of a hub based in Oxford in the UK. We are a dynamic, flexible, and highly motivated group. We bring knowledge and experience from different sectors, including the private sector, academia and NGOs, with specialisms including sustainability, philanthropy, supply chains, humanitarian, environment, agriculture, health, affordable housing and finance. We are partnership brokers, training designers and facilitators, researchers and writers, knowledge managers, mentors and coaches.  

Our programmes and services are delivered internationally through both core staff and a global network of highly experienced Associates. Together, the central hub and Associates interact in a dynamic collaborative relationship, providing pathways for knowledge, skill and thought exchange across sectors on a global scale.
