Communications and Coordination Officer

James joined TPI in March 2023. In his capacity, he oversees TPI’s online communications and provides support for research activities and programme delivery.

Prior to joining TPI, James co-founded Project Amu Darya, a non-profit educational documentary initiative with a focus on raising global awareness of the Aral Sea crisis and promoting youth environmentalism in Karakalpakstan.

James holds an undergraduate degree in Archaeology & Anthropology from the University of Oxford.

Outside of work, James is a climbing and wild swimming enthusiast, he is a guitarist for his band CLUCAS.
