Lina Kukulskyte
Lina Kukulskyte joined TPI in April 2022. In her role, Lina manages consultancy projects throughout the full project cycle, including project planning, stakeholder management, financial oversight, and research. She has worked across diverse sectors including NGOs, government bodies, UN agencies, businesses, and foundations, on themes ranging from climate finance and food systems to governance for the SDGs.
Lina’s work at TPI initially focused on coordinating the secretariat of the Global Forum for National SDG Advisory Bodies, managing network activities, organising events, and facilitating the Leave No One Behind community of practice. Since 2023, she has been increasingly involved in TPI’s foundations work, including research on transformational public-private-philanthropic partnerships (PPPPs) and leading a comprehensive philanthropy sector needs analysis.
Lina’s background is in international development. Before joining TPI, she worked at INTRAC (International NGO Training and Research Centre), supporting the consultancy team in business development, financial management, and project delivery, with a focus on monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) and organisational development. She also has field experience in the Global South, having volunteered in Tanzania and Guatemala and worked as a Volunteer Coordinator in Cambodia.
Lina holds a master’s degree in International Development from the University of Birmingham and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Southampton.
