Louise Savell
Louise is an experienced practitioner, executive teacher and facilitator with a commitment to building partnership capability by equipping colleagues and partners with actionable insights and skills. She is committed to driving shared social, economic and environmental value for business, government, funders and communities through her work.
She is skilled at quickly understanding stakeholder needs in complex environments as the basis for building impact-driven strategies and cross-sector partnerships that create impact opportunities and manage risks.
Louise specialises in the development and delivery of new initiatives, and has led work globally across sectors as diverse as health, education and training, employment, sustainable infrastructure and financial inclusion. She is committed to building resilience through community engagement and local leadership.
Alongside her work at TPI, Louise is co-founder and Director of the non-profit consultancy Social Finance, where she jointly leads their international development team. She was previously a Visiting Fellow of Practice at the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford, where she continues to jointly lead their executive education programme on Leading Cross-Sector Partnerships.
