Having interned with TPI back in 2023, Charlotte joined the TPI team as a Project Manager in April 2026.

Charlotte holds an undergraduate degree in Anthropology, Politics and International Studies from the University of Melbourne, and is currently studying a part-time MSt in International Relations at the University of Cambridge, where she is based.

She completed the Victorian Government Graduate Program in 2024, working across the departments of health, education and economic growth & jobs — and subsequently worked in economic development policy, focusing on industrial decarbonisation and modernisation. Charlotte also has experience in the NGO sector, including at ActionAid Australia on women-led Pacific climate programs, and at Australian Red Cross in youth governance and representation, emergency response, and migration support services.

In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys hiking, cycling, photography, and cooking. Charlotte also loves to sing and is currently learning how to convert many years of classical violin training into playing the fiddle!
