Todd is a private sector development specialist with 18 years of experience including working with international donors, NGO’s, multinational corporations and entrepreneurial start-up ventures. He has experience serving a broad range of clients to help implement multi-stakeholder partnerships to address development challenges. Much of his Public Private Partnership expertise came from serving as a lead alliance advisor at USAID where he negotiated dozens of multi-million dollar cross-sector alliances between global and local businesses, governments and civil society organizations to maximize shared value for all parties.
Previously, he supported over 100 small and medium enterprises in Kosovo to develop market linkages and generate over €140 million in sales over 4 years. In prior roles he has provided technical expertise in brand management, advertising, strategic planning, business development, and marketing communications across numerous industries.
Todd has a deep knowledge and practical application of program and association management, operational oversight, knowledge systems, business plan development and budgeting, workforce and enterprise development, trade and partnership facilitation, technical report and grant writing, public speaking, training, and working in start-up environments.
