Michael facilitates the combination of multi-stakeholder shared interests to overcome hurdles to change, engagement and achieving economies of scale to a range of clients including Social Ventures, Value & Supply Chain Projects and SMME businesses in Sub-saharan Africa.
Michael is the founder, and a partner, of PartnerImpact, a Strategy Design, Project Management and Multi Stakeholder Development practice (founded in 2014). PartnerImpact facilitates the set up and repair of multi stakeholder partnerships. They do this by teaching stakeholders to build the DNA of good practise (and great possibility) into their partnering relationships – the old models don’t always work to solve new problems and challenges, and we need innovation is needed to adapt.
Michael’s background in new product and commercial business development with multinational, and more recently African, financial services businesses was the seed for becoming a “Stakeholder Babel Fish” who could co-create new solutions using the the abilities, needs, concerns and fears of a range of stakeholder perspectives – cultural, beneficial interest, levels of educational and “sophistication”, and then facilitate the creation of a shared vision of possibility.
